Windows 2003 server enterprisenlite.iso

We have an old dell poweredge with factory installed windows server standard R2 with CPU. I don't have the install disks to restore it and thanks to a disgruntled former employee it's toast.

I need to rebuild the server for our lab. I have a Dell PowerEdge It has the COA on the box and I have all the original disks but Disk 1 is badly scratched on the top and it blue screens after the install completes from the Dell Server Configuration Utility.

I attempted to copy the disk but if fails. CRC Failure. This stuff is driving me nuts. Not sure if the matters. I did find an iso link. Ill have to try to recall where and if I do ill direct it to you. Or if u have a place I can mail it to you I have a disk. From the ISO I found. My e mail is troyluvsgod at yahoo dot com.
