And voila Hope will help. View solution in context. Per the instructions from SamsungLou below, I found an older 16gb microcenter brand thumbdrive usb 3. Formatted to Fat32, and I was able to update firmware with this thumbdrive. I'm able to see my desktop at x hz now. I have the same problem :. I hope to get that sorted with the firmware update.
Do you also have this issue? The software update procedure is detailed on page 36 of your User Guide. Be certain to disconnect all cables from the monitor before running the update.
I have firmware version Im not sure if you figured it out yet, but I did have a similar issue. I tried eveything you did with 2 different thumb drives, then gave up for a bit.
I tried taking another crack at it. I tried a third thumb drive for the heck of it and it worked. The solution of last resort is to connect the set-top box through a scart-hdmi converter. I really think Samsung should offer a solution for this. This can't been seen as a normal situation With kind regards. Go to Solution.
Finding one is a bit difficult because most recent splitter don't strip the protection actually the previous splitter strips it by accident. Thanks to this splitter I didn't have to throw away my 4 year old smart TV of which only the one connect box hdcp license failed. To close this subject I want to add that in my opinion Samsung should provided a solution, which they haven't done.
View solution in context. It acts as if the HDMI is unplugged looking for a "source" Samsung said just get a 2. If it were only that easy. Very frustrating. There should be a way to disable this stupid system if it's preventing legitimate viewing! Labels: Televisions.
ArthurCoucke Apprentice. We've tried another box and hdmi cable. But the problem comes from the One Connect box. So I have 2 questions: 1.
